Woodforest Charitable Foundation donates $1,600 to Food Bank of Northwest Indiana

GARY, IN – Food Bank of Northwest Indiana welcomes a $1,600 gift from Woodforest Charitable Foundation.  The funds will support the Food Bank’s BackPack Program for children at risk of hunger.  Founded in 1982, the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana acquires, stores and distributes over 3.5 million pounds of food throughout Lake and Porter Counties each year.
