Texas Youth Summit recently received a $25,000.00 donation from The Woodforest Charitable Foundation.
Texas Youth Summit, founded in 2019 and based in Texas, is an annual youth conference and nonprofit initiative focused on leadership development, civic engagement, and values‑based education for students across the state. It is organized by the Texas Youth Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) and Texas Youth Action, which work together to host events and programs aimed primarily at high school and college‑age participants. Its mission is to identify, educate, and train young people to promote principles such as fiscal responsibility, free markets, limited government, American exceptionalism, and Judeo‑Christian values. The organization’s primary program is its annual statewide summit, which brings together thousands of students, community leaders, educators, and speakers for a multi‑day event. Through workshops, panel discussions, keynote addresses, and networking opportunities, the summit aims to equip youth with leadership skills, knowledge of public policy, and tools for civic participation. Participants engage in discussions on topics such as government, entrepreneurship, media, culture, and community involvement, with an emphasis on preparing them to take active roles in shaping society. In addition to the main conference, Texas Youth Summit promotes ongoing engagement through meetups, mentorship opportunities, and connections with political, faith, and community leaders. The event also features prominent speakers from government, media, and advocacy organizations, allowing students to interact directly with experienced leaders and gain insight into real‑world leadership and policymaking.
