Youth-Reach Houston, founded in 1984, is a faith-based, long-term residential program located in northeast Houston, Texas. It serves boys aged 12 to 17 who voluntarily seek help to overcome challenges such as substance abuse, behavioral issues, or family instability. The program is entirely free of charge and operates 24/7, offering a structured, family-like environment where residents receive guidance grounded in Christian principles. Youth-Reach Houston focuses on character development, responsibility, and work ethic, aiming to transform troubled youth into strong, honorable men. The program has been in continuous operation for over three decades, maintaining a sterling reputation without any allegations of misbehavior. It is licensed by the Texas Department of Health & Human Services and accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, ensuring high standards of care and accountability.
