Family Promise of Anderson County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting families with children facing homelessness in Anderson, South Carolina. Established in 2009 as a project of the Leadership Anderson Class, FPAC officially launched its Interfaith Hospitality Network in 2010 with the support of local congregations. FPAC's mission is to help families with children escape homelessness and achieve sustainable independence. The organization provides a comprehensive range of services, including safe lodging, meals, and intensive case management. Through partnerships with local faith-based organizations, FPAC offers temporary housing and support to families in need. Operating with a small staff and a dedicated network of volunteers, FPAC focuses on empowering families to regain stability and self-sufficiency. The organization emphasizes the importance of community involvement and collaboration to address homelessness effectively.
