Family Promise of Beaufort County opened its doors in July 2008, becoming the only shelter program serving families with children in both Beaufort and Jasper counties, South Carolina. Their mission is to provide temporary shelter, promote family stability, and help secure permanent housing solutions for homeless families with children by mobilizing interfaith and community resources.
