Fort Bend Family Promise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing family homelessness in Fort Bend County, Texas. Established in 2005, it is part of a national network that provides shelter, meals, and comprehensive support to families without homes. The mission of Fort Bend Family Promise is to meet the immediate needs of homeless families while empowering them to attain self-sufficiency. The organization operates two campuses: the East Campus in Missouri City and the West Campus in Rosenberg. Through partnerships with local congregations and community organizations, Fort Bend Family Promise offers temporary housing, meals, and case management services. Each family receives individualized support from a Housing Navigator to develop a plan for safe, affordable housing and long-term independence.
