Lone Star Family Health Center recently received a $20,000.00 donation from The Woodforest Charitable Foundation.

Lone Star Family Health Center (LSFHC), established in 2002, is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Conroe, Texas, with additional clinics in Spring, Willis, Grangerland, and Huntsville. The center's mission is to provide compassionate, affordable healthcare and prepare tomorrow’s family medicine professionals. LSFHC offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, women’s health, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and laboratory and imaging services. In addition to serving the community, the center operates a Family Medicine Residency Program, training future physicians to meet the healthcare needs of underserved populations. In August 2025, LSFHC completed a significant $11.4 million, 24,000-square-foot expansion at its Conroe campus. This addition includes more medical exam rooms, a dedicated mental health suite, expanded pharmacy and patient intake areas, and additional office and staff spaces, enabling the center to serve 3,000 more patients.
