Dearborn County Clearinghouse for Emergency Aid received a $435.00 donation from The Woodforest Charitable Foundation.

Founded in 1981 by local community members eager to serve evolving needs, The Clearinghouse was created as a centralized “clearinghouse of resources. Originally focused on feeding and clothing those in need, before expanding into comprehensive emergency assistance programs. Guided by its mission “to feed and clothe those in need in our community”, the organization serves over 16,800 individuals annually across Dearborn and Ohio Counties in Indiana, offering monthly grocery boxes, daily lunch kits, mobile pantry services, clothing assistance, and school-based Snack Satchel programs for hundreds of children facing food insecurity.
