Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries (HCDBM) was founded in 2000 by David and Agnes Hubbard, formally incorporated in June 2003 and granted 501(c)(3) status in January 2004. Based in Boerne, Texas, HCDBM exists to unite and equip the Body of Christ with food, resources, and training necessary to transform lives and communities in poverty through love and service. Their unique model combines a no-fee food bank distributing millions of dollars in product annually with mentoring programs, including the Family Mentoring Resource Program and Stand by Me student mentoring, alongside wraparound case management and community resource training. HCDBM collaborates with church and civic partners to serve eight rural Hill Country counties and impact over 82,000 individuals each year through both physical provisions and relational support aimed at breaking cycles of poverty.
