Woodforest Charitable Foundation

Mighty Oaks Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organization established in 2010 by former U.S. Marine Corps veteran Chad Robichaux. The foundation was created to support military veterans, first responders, and their families who are grappling with the challenges of post-traumatic stress, trauma, and reintegration into civilian life. Mighty Oaks offers peer-to-peer resiliency and recovery programs that are rooted in Christian principles, providing participants with the tools to overcome past traumas and rediscover purpose and hope. These programs are offered at no cost to attendees, including travel expenses, and are conducted at various ranch locations across the United States. Since its inception, the foundation has empowered over 500,000 warriors, including active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders, to gain clarity, overcome their past traumas, and live a purpose-filled, successful life while contributing to the success of others.
